Yes. Your data stays in our Palitana data center. Backups stay in India too. No data leaves India. Indian law covers it all.

99.9% monthly uptime on app and dedicated plans. Our S3 plan has the same 99.9% promise. We post planned work 48 hours ahead on WhatsApp.

30 days from your first bill. You get a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, we credit unused months. We do not refund any setup fee.

We take UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards. All our bills are in rupees. The price on each plan page is the price you pay.

Apps T1-T10 are self-managed. You run the app in the container. We keep the platform healthy. Windows RDP W1-W4 and Linux Dedicated L1-L4 are fully managed. We do the license, admin, and checks for you.

Yes. Apps T1-T10 come with full shell access. Linux Dedicated L1-L4 come with full root. Windows RDP W1-W4 come with full remote desktop. S3 has no shell. You use its API only.

We back up your data each day. We keep it for 7 days. One click in the dashboard puts a copy back. The platform does it on its own, and no person sits in the way. The copies sit on S3 in Palitana.

Yes. We add free SSL from Let's Encrypt. It renews before it ends. Wildcard and multi-domain SSL also work.

We answer WhatsApp, chat and email Mon–Sat 10am–7pm IST. At other times, we reply the next working day. Palitana staff run the desk.

Yes. Point your DNS at our load balancer. We add free SSL for you. We do not sell domains yet. You can buy one from any provider and bring it here.

Ask us on WhatsApp to cancel. We credit months you did not use. The next bill date is the cut-off. We do not charge for part of a month.

Yes. Our Managed add-on (₹500/mo) makes any Apps plan fully managed. We run the app, check it, and fix it if it breaks.

We bill in Indian rupees. The price on each plan page is the price you pay. We never bill in US dollars. Your bank shows the rupee at that day's rate.

Ask us on WhatsApp. We give you all your data in the format you want. Then we sign a paper and delete our copy.

We write to your billing contact 30 days before any change. Big changes show up in your dashboard and on our blog.

Yes, on a Linux Dedicated server. Kubernetes is free. The servers that run it cost money. A dev cluster (1 control plane, 2 workers) costs about as much as a mid-tier Linux plan. We price a live cluster by workload. See /pricing for current plans.

Yes. The @astrojs/node adapter has a built-in reverse proxy. For more than one app, we add a load balancer and quote you the price for it. SSL is included.

Your dashboard shows graphs for uptime, memory, and CPU. We check each app's health every 30 seconds. We keep each number for a minute. You get a WhatsApp alert if a service falls below 99%.

Not yet. A file in your bucket opens at its own link, served from our store in Palitana; we do not cache it at the edge, and we do not bill for the data that leaves us. When an edge cache is live we will say so here.

99.9% monthly uptime. A bucket's files answer at a public link and the bucket itself cannot be listed. The store keeps a daily copy of your database and app data in the same centre; there is no copy outside it yet, so we do not quote an off-site recovery time.

Yes. We set a WireGuard or IPsec link from your office to our data center. We quote you the price for each tunnel. It stays on, and we do not bill by the byte.

No. We do not host email. Use Google Workspace or Zoho Mail. We can point your domain at either one.

No. Bring a domain from any registrar. We will set up free DNS and SSL for it.
