Scope
These terms set the rules for our hosting. We sell container plans, dedicated servers, and S3 storage. You buy them on the dashboard. We do not cover services run by other firms. Those are the firms you pay. They sell domains, DNS, and card payments.
Acceptable use
We do not allow these on our servers.
- Spam, phishing, malware, or other abuse.
- Crypto mining (CPU and GPU).
- Outbound port scanning.
- Tor exit nodes.
- Bulk email with no opt-in list.
- Content that breaks Indian law.
We may suspend it at once. You get no refund. We do this if we find one of these.
Billing
All bills come in rupees. The INR price on a plan page is the price you sign up for. We hold you to that. We take UPI and netbanking. We take debit and credit cards too. A bill is due on the day we send it. Your plan renews on the renewal date. This goes on until you say so.
Uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime each month. This covers all but S3. S3 has a 99.9% SLA. That is in the plan spec we publish. We post planned work 48 hours ahead on WhatsApp. You can plan around it.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. You can ask for a refund. We pay for the full months you did not use. We may end it if you break one of these.
