First-purchase guarantee
If you are new, and you cancel within thirty days of your first bill, we refund the full amount. We send it back to the card or account you used to pay. Ask for the refund from your order list in the dashboard, and we will do it.
After thirty days
If you cancel after the first thirty days, we refund the months you did not use. We refund full months only. Setup fees, if any, are not refunded.
Downgrades
A downgrade takes effect on your next renewal date. We do not refund the current cycle. We do not charge a downgrade fee.
