  • DDoS protection at the CDN edge

    We spread traffic across many servers. Our network partner stops attacks before they reach Palitana.

  • Per-app container isolation

    Each customer runs in its own container. We cap what it can use. No two customers share a space.

  • Encrypted backups

    We take a copy each day. We store it on our own servers. We encrypt it with AES-256. The disks also encrypt data at rest.

  • TLS 1.3 + HSTS everywhere

    All customer sites use TLS 1.3 and nothing else. We ship the HSTS preload for webhost24.in.

  • Quarterly testing by an outside team

    An outside team tests us each quarter. We look at each finding within 14 days. We fix critical issues within 48 hours.

  • Background-checked staff

    We check the background of each hire before they start. Sensitive work on production needs two people to sign off.

  • DPDPA and GDPR-aligned data handling

    Your data stays in India. We answer data requests within 30 days. The data processing agreement has the full terms.
